We’re looking for Senior Graphic Designers to join our Roster to help support:

  • Visual Identity work
  • Packaging design

  • Conceptual design of campaign ideas and design sprint outputs
  • Localisation of international campaigns

Brief 2: Senior UX/CX

We’re building a world class roster of craftsmen, storytellers and inquisitive minds to collaborate with in developing fresh customer led experiences. Projects will range from design sprints and campaigns to strategy projects and production.

We're looking for experienced Senior UX/CX strategists to join our design sprint and internal project teams. You will play a critical role including:

  • Running research groups or workshops to understand customer needs and test hypothesies
  • Running internal workshop sessions with stakeholders to collect business requirements
  • Mapping customer needs and audit against existing customer journeys
  • Prototyping & wireframing
  • Collaborating with internal teams, creatives, strategists and subject experts in designing customer led multi-channel solutions including physical and retail experiences.
  • Distilling findings into succinct proposals and recommendations


Vitals:

  • +6 years of experience or more
  • Proven track record designing and launching multi-channel customer led solutions
  • Experience developing CX strategies
  • Experience with all forms of UX practices research
  • Experience documenting every stage of the process including storyboards, hypotheses, interaction models, task flows, personas, wireframes, and user/functional requirements
